How to buy?
Choose the products(T-Shirts, Polo T-Shirts, Sweat-Shirts etc)
View the products you are interested in and roll your cursor on the photograph to zoom in to see every detail. Available sizes, composition, reference code and price are mentioned in that specific page.
Select an item which you want to buy and add it to your cart. You can then choose the Checkout button to place an order.
If you wish to continue shopping, press the Continue Shopping button or if you wish to place an order just log in.
Please enter your details and click on the Confirm button.
Choose whether you want to collect your order from one of our stores or receive it via standard or express delivery and check that the shipping and billing addresses are correct.
Select your desired payment method: Visa, Mastercard, DBBL Nexus,bKash.
Confirm the order.
You will receive a confirmation email from us.
We charge a bit to reach your products. The delivery charge will be included with your order and calculated in your subtotal price.
Where can I receive my order?
It can be sent to an address selected by you (home, work, etc. -never a PO Box) or to the SMAHS store of your choice.
Can the delivery country be different from the purchase country?
No. As of now the delivery can be done only in Bangladesh..
How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery times depend on the location. Inside Bangladesh it will take 1 to 4 working days.
How much do I pay for delivery service?
1 to 2 pcs = BDT 80
3 to 5 pcs = BDT 120
6 to 8 pcs = BDT 170
After that per pcs products will cost BDT 30.
Can I track my order?
What is the home delivery process?
If you have chosen home delivery, we will send you an email confirming that your items have been dispatched (when your order leaves the warehouse), another with the tracking number (with a link to the courier’s web page) and finally the courier will send you a text message or email to inform you of your delivery.
What is the store delivery process?
If you have chosen store delivery, we will send you a text message when your order will arrive (you will have 15 days to collect it). It is necessary to show the order number and the Identification Document of the person who collects the parcel.
Though we have mentioned that we accept online payments but we are working on our online payments. So for now we prefer cash on delivery. Just order with your information you will be notified immediately and get your products.
Can I exchange my products?
Yes, you have two options:
FOR ANOTHER SIZE, as long as it is the same price, no additional payment necessary.
FOR A DIFFERENT ITEM, SMAHS will not refund and you can purchase a new item from our store with the same price or more than that. You have to make the additional payment.
If you wish to exchange an item from home, you have to return the item and make a new purchase online.
How long do I have to make an exchange?
All exchanges must be made within 10 days of the e-mail confirming shipment.
Can I exchange my items at any SMAHS store?
Yes, as long as it is in the same country in which the purchase was made and has the section to which the product belongs (woman, man, kids).
